Start by saying the owners are very nice and respectful people. They are a power couple and team who care about your nails and you as a person. It’s hard to own a business and try to please everyone but they are doing a GREAT job and doing the best they can. They are always helpful, grateful and respectful. I have been coming to this salon for many years and have been treated with loyalty. They treat you like family and are very upfront about their business. I’m very thankful I have not only found a great salon but a great family to be apart of. Keep on doing a great job cool nails, me and my family will always support you!

I’ve tried multiple nail places in the area and this has been the best experience. He looked at the picture and took the time to match it perfectly. My nails held up really well and they are a staff of friendly people who remember you and take time to develop connections with their customers while giving amazing service! May want to call as they stay busy with a wait but it is well worth it!

We stopped in for pedicures and enjoyed our time there! Suong Tran and Marry Le did our feet. They are very friendly and made our feet feel very nice. Daniel greeted us and he is a hoot! Made us laugh a lot! It’s personalities like his that keep people coming back!! Thank you all!! We will be back when we visit pigeon Forge again.

This salon was amazing, I had a great time and all the workers were really nice and funny. I had a picture and they were able to do the same thing. I got a pedicure and a manicure with my mom and they are very gentle and hard working. If you are looking for a nail salon In Gatlinburg Tennessee I recommend that you go to C l nails.

Arrived on time and door was locked with no note on it. Tried calling and there was no answer. Extremely unprofessional establishment. Will, of course, never go back.
