Holly gave my five-year-old daughter a lovely bobbed hair cut. She’d grown her hair long, but the ends were getting worn, and she was tired of the length. She was excited to get something shorter and easier to manage, especially before starting kindergarten in a few weeks. It was my five year old daughter’s first haircut at a salon, and they made it fun and easy! The cut was done quickly and professionally and the stylist, Sydney, finished it off with some adorable braids. Cute themed chairs, a play area, balloons and lollipops, along with glitter spray for her hair made it a great experience. I find the pricing affordable and we were given coupons for next time. Thank you, we’ll be back!

I took my 18 month old son here for his first cut. I wanted to get him trimmed up for his first day for early head start. I booked him the Baby’s First Haircut Package with Tiffany. You get a certificate with the photo and the lock of hair. The date was wrong on his certificate but I didn’t mind at all.. was such a great experience and I will definitely be back!!

My daughters first hair cut. The hair stylist Heather did a great job. Let me daughter know what she was going to do before she did it to make her more comfortable. My daughter has curly hair and I do not so the stylist was great at answering my questions on how to best take care of her hair. She showed me products to use for her hair type after the cut as well. Absolutely great service all around. Even the receptionist was so polite and cheerful.

Really cute place, catering specifically to children’s haircuts. Fun seats for the kids, and very patient and friendly stylists. As a place designed for kids, it DOES have a… Lively (aka mildly chaotic) vibe (it’s a bit loud). This could work well or not for your kid. It was the first time there for our 2.5 yr old son (but not his first haircut at a barber). He was really shy in the beginning with all the loudness around, but Holly (his stylist for that day) was very engaging and patient with him, and by the end, he was loving it. Oh, and for what it’s worth, his haircut came out great.

We had Holly who was incredible. I was so impressed with her ability to connect with my daughter. She’s immune compromised so we were looking for someone who would be okay masking and she was more than willing and so wonderful all around. She gave a beautiful haircut with our very curly haired girl and gave her a perfect style to make her feel so special when she left. Will only see Holly moving forward.

Cookie Cutters was amazing! It was my sons first haircut in a salon and it could not have gone better. We had Holly at the Tualatin location. She was so fast and did such a great job. The whole experience was impressive. They found a show for my son, gave him a balloon to hold during the cut, which was a high point for him, and incorporate parents for comfort if needed. I will be a long time customer.
