I am so disappointed with this location and will never be returning. I’m not sure how it got such great rating considering the hairstylist I’ve encountered for my sons haircuts were not patient enough to take they’re time and did not at all do a good job to begin with.

This is my Son’s first time going to cookie cutters haircuts. He loved it usually , he never likes getting his hair cut , but bringing him here made him happy , his hair stylists did a very good job she was super nice and my son was relaxed and smiling all the time !!! Will be coming back for his next hair cut definitely recommend it!!!

Horrible! My sons hair all different length all over! One ear side higher the other and back hair line looks like zigzag, person cut the hair one inch higher then his hair line! So unprofessional! She started on one side and then jump to other and then back and up and front without completing it properly! My son looks like he had haircut done at home , even I could have done better job! Now I think I need to shave him , this is how bad it is! Unbelievable! I went there thinking they are specialized on baby haircuts, looks like not !!!

Miss. Chelle I see why she gets booked up!! Our first time today here and this girl is super nice and sweet!! From the moment we got in she greeted us right away and throughout the whole process she was so sweet and friendly, thank you so much for being the first person to cut our little girls hair!

It’s a much more calm, quiet environment than other kids cuts places we’ve tried. The slide at the front was great as an introduction to the (new to my toddlers) space and later a great distraction while waiting. Everyone was kind and gentle. Dominga, who cut both of my twins hair, was such a professional. Genuinely sweet with two very different kid personalities. I’m glad to have found this place and will return.

This was our second time bringing our 2 1/2 yr old son for his haircut with Clara both times were amazing!!! She is so patient and understanding to his special needs. She listened to exactly what we wanted and we also showed her a picture of a style we were going for and she came through 100%. I definitely recommend this Cookie Cutter’s Salon but also highly recommended Clara you will not be disappointed!!!!

I originally book for Chelle online for my daughter’s first haircut. I was disappointed when 2 stylist told me she wasn’t working that day and they apparently left me a voicemail (which I never received). Anyway, my husband and I decided to let one of the stylist cut our daughter’s hair. I showed her a picture of the style of haircut I want and she did a good job. But my husband and I felt that she could have been a little friendly. She hardly talk to my daughter or even to me and my husband. When I asked her name, she never replied. She never smile or show any warmth.

Chelle is Incredible! She is so patient and so kind even though my son was moving and whining the whole time. She did an I amazing job and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was not only super kind to my son but also to my daughters who were not getting haircuts but came along with me. Cookie cutters is also very clean and always on time with appointments which is important to me since I am coming with a two-year-old.

I had an appointment for 1245 for myself male(35) wife(36) and daughter (5) son (2). We started getting cut around 2pm. I really enjoyed the receptionist constant apologies for wait. Hair stylist was great as well. Very open to feed back and suggestions. Was very patient with my children. Very satisfied with haircuts. Unfortunately my wife did not get hair done. Only 2 hair stylist. Tons of people waiting! Will definitely return for kids!thankyou for everyone.
