We were so pleased with the experience of our daughter’s first haircut. My daughter is four, with very tangled, curly hair. The gal who cut her hair did a fantastic job and I appreciated her patience and skills. I liked how cute and fun they made the experience for my daughter. Scheduling online was so easy and we had no issues with our appointment time. Also, this facility was clean and took great care of my daughter. We will be back. I highly recommend Ariella.

My 7 yr old loves her new haircut! She went in nervous because she never had short hair and came out confident and happy. She especially liked the little braids and glitter that the stylist add at the end. I like how they make the kids feel comfortable before starting and see how patient they are with the them. I took my daughter and son in for their back to school haircuts, which came out great as always. We have gone to Cookie Cutters since 2018, both Meridian and Boise, depending on where I feel like driving. During the last appointment, my daughter decided to get her ears pierced, and it was a positive experience with a certificate for her and ear piercings care after. They fit in the piercings right there after her cut, and were very careful, professional, and caring. I think the stylists were enjoying sharing our special memory with my daughter too.

My daughter decided at 5 years old that she was ready for her first haircut. She was nervous and excited. She had very curly hair that was down to the small of her back. The staff did great with her, and knew just what to do with her curls. My daughter got to pick a car to sit in, pick a movie to watch, and before she knew it, she was done! The sparkle spray in her hair at the end was a cute, special touch. I would definitely take her there again.

Cookie Cutters is great! My kiddo has had a rough time getting haircuts at other places because they aren’t set up for children to have fun. This place perfectly made my kid feel safe and comfortable so he could get his haircut with a good amount of kid-specific distractions, like Blippi and a cool car to sit in. Very thankful for a great stylist, too, who did a wonderful job! We’ll definitely come back!

I had two of my daughters go in for a trim with Krystal. She did such a great job. Very sweet to my girls, talked with me about what I wanted for my girls hair, and was overall great. My girls hadn’t had a haircut in a long time, so I explained how I wanted all the dead ends off but not a huge cut, so she showed me what she suggested and even measured it out. As a mom I really appreciated that. At the end she gave them little braids and glitter hairspray and they looked wonderful and so happy. I definitely recommend this kids salon and Krystal.

We brought our 2 year old son in for his first haircut. Not to my surprise he was not tolerant of the cutting once we started. Despite his squirming and challenging reactions, somehow the amazing stylist managed a perfect haircut. She was so accommodating and flexible! I would consider her part magician:) Haircut

I have a 2 year old that absolutely dreads getting a hair cut but my child had no problem here. The staff was nice, it’s not expensive for a hair cut and my kid had fun getting his hair cut here. They do a great job also.
