Took my son and daughter today (7/29/22) and what a horrible experience. The lady cutting my sons hair rolled her eyes at me 4 times just because I wanted my sons hair a specific way. The lady cutting my daughters hair was nice but my daughters hair came out horrible. I asked for it to be layered and she just chopped the back instead. They Make their appointment every 30 minutes so they’re rushed, my daughter was in the chair 19 minutes and she said she was done. I had to tell her twice to cut the long hairs from her bangs. For them charging 27 dollars a kid they should be doing a better job. This place is for parents who really don’t care about their kids hair and just want to shorten their hair. They tell you, you can come back in 7 days if you are not happy but I would never bring them back here again. Here’s a picture of how my daughters hair. Is suppose to be layered but it’s just chopped. All she did was wet her tips to chop of the ends and that’s it.

It was our first time coming to Cookie Cutters and we are so happy we found this place! Barbie cut my one year olds hair and she was amazing with him! We were a little worried at first because it was his first hair cut but she was so great with him and made him feel comfortable. The haircut was amazing and my little man looks so handsome! Hope was amazing with our son. She gave him a great haircut, despite him being upset because of his sensory discomfort. She also was incredibly caring and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and did not rush him. She did an incredible job to try and make him as comfortable as possible. Great spot for kid’s haircuts. My son just turned 3 this month and we’ve had trouble in the past with hair cuts. But at Cookie Cutters, he didn’t cry, complain or fidget. Ms Barbie put him immediately at ease. The facility itself is geared towards kids, with a play area, lots of toys, decorations — and even barber chairs designed to look like cars, fire trucks, etc. He had a great time and is actually looking forward to going again. For young kids, this place is a definite recommend.

Barbie was fantastic.. it took us awhile to get my grandson to agree to get his haircut. He would throw tantrums before getting to salon so we would back out. Barbie made his first haircut experience wonderful. She was so patient and made it all about him (Jack)

Me and my fiancé took our son to get his first haircut here. Katryna was our stylist. Everyone was super welcoming and professional. The facilities were very clean. They made my son who is two years old feel very comfortable. I definitely would recommend bringing your child here for their first haircut as well as periodic ones. Thank you cookie cutters!
