My one year old received a horrible haircut on 8/6 by Shannon. She does not have experience with younger children. My son did cry and moved around but she kept cutting his hair as he was moving. His haircut was unfinished, choppy, uneven, and embarrassing. Why couldn’t she have asked for help? My husband and I were very upset. My 6 year old son did receive a haircut by Angel and she did a great job. I’m upset that I paid for this horrible service. I’m embarrassed .

Staff is helpful and friendly. My little one got his first haircut and I was dreading it but it went great. My only suggestion is for the first haircut it would be maybe better or cuter if you did a before and after photo for the certificate. As a mom of two boys one who is older for his first haircut I got a before and after and it’s such a beautiful memory to look back at. I love that the lady that was cutting my little ones hair was soothing him and was super open to suggestions very humble and kind lady. She did not take it personal when I said something about a hair I thought was too long, she remained professional and like I mentioned was very humble and I appreciate that so much.

My 3 year old son was getting his very first haircut ever. He’s autistic so i was really worried about finding the right place to help accommodate him. I was referred here & i loved it. Clean space, the staff is friendly, welcoming & patient. I love how Denice treated my son as more than just another client to her. She played, laughed & talked with my son & made sure he was comfortable. I love the play area as well. The owner & Denise were so reassuring the entire time & gave me so much comfort. I will definitely be bringing one of my other sons there.

The staff was so nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. My 4 years old son has never gotten a haircut before because he is very sensitive to sounds and I was always nervous that the clippers would freak him out. Our stylist made sure he felt comfortable and he did great! I could not have asked for a better experience.

I really liked how Angel cut my son’s hair she did the hair designs really good, very friendly and with a cheerful attitude my son doesn’t usually let anyone cut his hair but she handled it perfectly and my son loved the experience. Angel has charisma and made my son feel confident. I will be returning, I travel 40 minutes because my son loves that place especially Angel because she excellent service.
