Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWe have taken our 3 year old here a couple of times and she always leaves happy and with a great trim. This past visit we brought our 14 month old in for her first haircut and the process was so easy and fun for her, she loved it! We did the first haircut package so we got her picture taken after the cut and they added that onto the certificate with a bag of her little hair :). The girls had a wonderful experience and we will continue to go regularly about every 6 weeks. I do think the price is a little high especially since we just get quick trims. We have taken our 3 year old here a couple of times and she always leaves happy and with a great trim. This past visit we brought our 14 month old in for her first haircut and the process was so easy and fun for her, she loved it! I brought in my 2 year old for her first haircut. Elizabeth spent no more than 5 minutes cutting her hair. When I came home I noticed a strand of hair in the back that she missed. I understand that her hair is short and thin but at least spend a little more time and effort in giving my child a longer first haircut experience and make sure you don’t miss any pieces. The place is cute and fun for kids but when I pay $24 for a cut I expect you to spend more than 5 minutes and get it right

Big thank you to Sydney at the Meridian location. My son is usually super active and never stays still. I was so anxious taking him for his first hair cut. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable with the whole hair cut process. She was a total pro with my son. He enjoyed the experience and left with a great hair cut.

I love that this place has a great waiting area. My son (2yrs old) has sensory issues and usually a haircut involves him screaming and hating it. This time, he played, enjoyed his cut, and his stylist did a great job of being attentive to his needs and wants.

We absolutely love this Cookie Cutters. The entire staff is wonderful, but my kids’ hair has only been cut by Sydney because she is who we got at our first appointment and my daughter LOVED her, so we use her for both my son and daughter.

Sydney does my sons hair every time and she’s friendly, professional and excellent at her job. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Tried to take my son to a barber once and had to go to cookie cutters just to have them fix his cut. We LOVE cookie cutters and cannot sing their praises enough. My daughter has gotten her haircut here and my son just got his first haircut here. All visits have been such great experiences! We’ve had multiple stylists and all of them have been fantastic. My daughter’s loved their haircuts done at cookie cutters. It was my 3 year olds first haircut and she was a little scared starting out but once it was done she was super happy with her hair cut. We took our son here for the second time for a hair cut and both times we had great experiences. My son hates hair cuts and does not do well but both times, each hair stylist was patient and worked with him as best as they possibly could. We really liked Sydney! She was so nice and helped ease my son into this cut. Qe pre-booked with her for his next cut. This place is literally the best for little ones and serves it’s purpose as a children’s salon.

I took my son to Cookie Cutter Haircuts for his first haircut and we had such a great experience. The stylist, Elizabeth, was so sweet and wonderful with our son. They had a little race car for him to sit in, a balloon, and even cocomelon. We even received a certificate with his picture and a clipping of his hair. We will definitely be returning!!
