And to the other two ladies (sorry didn’t catch y’alls names), great great customer service! I RAVED about this place previously. I still love it, yet this experience was difficult. I am coming here as I emailed and haven’t heard anything. I brought my son back to see Sebastian, and was told I booked with anyone. I had the email confirmation that said I had booked with Sebastian and the receptionist continued to tell me I was wrong and that my son would be with someone else. I should’ve followed my gut and just rescheduled with Sebastian. I stayed and my little boy ended up with an awful cut. The stylist kept asking if this was his first time, kept mentioning he “moves a lot”. I was overwhelmed as I watched. When the cut was over, I didn’t have the heart to say to the stylist’s face it was bad. When I shared with the receptionist that I was in fact correct and should’ve been with Sebastian, she said “oh, I know. I went back and saw it in our system. Just check before you come next time”. I was so disappointed. I wish I would’ve been told plans changed or been given the opportunity to reschedule. I would love to come back but now, I’m a little nervous to do so since 1. I was talked to like I was in the wrong without given a chance to ask questions or reschedule, and 2. Not notified until my child was sitting in a chair that our original appointment would not be happening. I’m disappointed and thankful my son is tiny and his hair grows fast.

Both of my kiddos loved their haircuts! The slide, suckers, and balloons were definitely an added bonus. The staff were all very friendly and sweet with my kiddos.

We really loved the overall experience. Everyone was so nice! And Lizzie is amazing!!! She was so good with our little guy getting his first haircut. She is extremely patient and so so kind. My son loved her!

Both of my son’s had haircuts and one went to Sebastian and the haircut came out very nice. The woman that cut my youngest son’s hair went too deep on the top of his head and now he is slightly bald on top. She got a little frustrated so Sebastian stepped in and made it look much better. I’m so grateful that he was there to fix the issue. But we will be going to Sebastian from now on, since he is an expert on my boys hair texture.

It was my daughters first hair cut and it was so fun! Our stylist Sydney was so patient with her since she’s young and doesn’t want to keep her head still. But she had such a good time she didn’t want to leave.

It’s was both of my babies (4year old and 2year olds) FIRST haircuts and this was the BEST place that I could of taken them too. Patty their hairstylist was so wonderful with them. She was patient, nice, sweet and very attentive. She asked me before any cutting and had me very involved with their cuts. I would definitely recommend this place for kids haircuts and will be going back for sure!

My boyfriend and I took our son here for his first hair cut and it was the best experience! My son can’t sit up fully yet but that was no problem for them. Sebastian the barber who cut my sons hair was so nice and quick. My baby’s hair came out so cute and it was cut exactly how I wanted it ! They were so patient with us and we’ll definitely be returning. Definitely recommend !
