The guy working there did a terrible job with my son’s hair, besides my son was telling him that he was scared of the air dryer since he’s scared of loud noises and at the end on purpose he put the hair dryer on his head. I do not recommend this place at all.

Trish was awesome and did a great job introducing my 3y/o to the equipment and explaining how they feel and what they do. She even made him a special red balloon for him. My son liked being able to climb on the small play area and pick out his Spider-Man car to sit in. My only complaint was that the appts were running behind and I think that’s because Trish had to manage the front desk area and cut hair too. I understand staffing can be difficult at this time but maybe some front desk help so Trish can focus on the kids? Other than that, it was a good experience and we look forward to coming back.

I scheduled a 4:15pm appointment online for my son’s first haircut. He’s 16 mo old and had a few rogue strands that were growing asymmetrically. My son loved the play area and fun chairs, however didn’t like sitting alone when it was his turn. Trish was very patient and flexible with letting us get comfortable, and you can tell it’s not her first rodeo working with kids. I ended up having to hold my son on my lap while she worked, and he ended up leaning his head on my chest during the entire appointment. The cut isn’t completely even, but I understand his head was tilted and I was in the way due to holding him, so I’m not too bothered by it.

I used a half price haircut promotion for my 3yo son. We were in a good mood and on our best behavior but the hair stylist did not seem to want to be there. I tipped very well regardless ($10 for a $12 service) as she did what we came for but it doesn’t make me want to come back. Haircut

My daughter gave herself a haircut and the only way forward was to chop off her super long hair(that I loved). Luckily, Trish worked some magic and we ended up with an adorable bob that looks like she’s had it forever. Thank you, Trish! You are amazing and we look forward to seeing you again. Kids’ cuts

Great experience. We took our daughter here for her first haircut. The original reason why we chose this location is while we were searching online is because our daughter Saw the picture of the Barbie Hot wheel chair. The first haircut package was perfect. It included a lock of hair that they saved for us and a certificate with our daughter’s picture on it. This location also has a playset for other kids while they’re waiting and to keep siblings busy. Next door is a yogurt shop with a play gym attached to it.

My daughter cut her hair all off on the top and the left side the other day, she is 3. I was so worried that the stylist would push to even out the hair and cut my daughters beautiful curly hair all off but she suggested exactly what I was hoping, to shape up the side and leave the rest. I was so relieved. The look on my daughters face getting her hair cut by the awesome stylist was so beautiful and heartwarming. Took our 2 year old for his first hair cut. He loved playing on the playground and running around while we waited. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. My son doesn’t like his hair touched so he was moving alot but the stylist did a great job with interacting with him and doing the hair cut. Will definitely be going back! Haircut
