My kids get their haircut here and they are phenomenal! My two year old hated his first two haircuts and screamed the whole time, but everyone was patient and understanding! They rallied to try to make the experience better for him and the other customers. Even with him jumping around, trying to climb out of the seat, the haircuts were both perfect! I just took him this weekend and he didn’t even flinch. He is so comfortable and they always do a great job! The kid cars, TVs, and play set in the waiting area really allows the kids to feel welcomed and it’s great for the parents.

Very fast paced but it was perfect for my daughters first hair cut! They have the cute chairs kids sit in (my daughter sat in a car one) and they put their favorite show on right in front of them. I loved how they put their lock of hair in a bag along with their certificate!

Wonderful experience as always. My 2 year old needs extra patients during his hair cut and they are always so professional and courteous. My son still hates the hair cut but they do a great job trying to comfort him.

Took my 9 month old and 3 year old. They did a cute first hair cut certificate for my little guy with a picture and lock of hair as a keepsake. Everyone in there was warm and inviting. They were on time, good with the kids and gave them a great haircut. What more could you ask for? The decor is also cute and they have a little playground/slide which is great for while you’re waiting.

My 1 year old son had his first haircut at Cookie Cutters and he was so happy to sit on the tractor seat! Our hairdresser was amazing and his cut was perfect and adorable! She kept my son happy and content through the whole haircut! He loved it so much that I had to bring my 5 year old son to get his hair cut there too. My 5 year old had his haircut on a car while watching Paw Patrol – great haircut too (taming his cowlick was no problem!)

It was time for my (almost) 2 year old to get his first haircut. He’s not the most patient or easy to deal with. Jenna and the whole team was AMAZING with him! They occupied him, cut his hair perfectly in record time, and we’re so easy going while he threw a little tantrum. They really put me at ease through this first time experience, and I will only be coming here for the rest of his haircuts! I am so thankful! And his hair looks amazing!

I had my sons hair cut here and they did fantastic. He is almost 2 and has only had his haircut once before so he is still new to it. They kept him comfortable and entertained while getting his haircut and he was perfectly content. His hair also looks great! I also like that they have a little play area for kids while waiting.

We have been going to cookie cutters for over a year now with our two little kids. Everyone has been helpful and good with our kids. We have seen both Sarah and Emily and would recommend both. Emily has been cutting hair for my son with special needs for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the patience and kindness she shows him. Haircuts can be scary for little kids, especially when they have special needs that make sensory experiences extra challenging. Emily talks my 3 year old through each step, waits until he is ready, listens to what he is telling her about how he feels, and helps keep him calm and reassured. We will continue to go see her for his haircuts, and highly recommend her!

Nice place and mostly very nice people but the quality of haircut is incredibly inconsistent. If you can find the few people who do good work and book them consistently, you should be good to go but just too many people cutting here that are not very good. On top top of that, the last time I went in I got my son a cut from someone who I had never seen there before and they were incredibly rude. The way they spoke to my 5 year old son was inexcusable, particularly considering my kids are well behaved and very well mannered. I was on the fence about continuing to use this place prior to this experience but definitely won’t be back now.

We love Cookie Cutters Haircuts for kids! We have only been there twice but have had great experiences both times. Mila did my son’s most recent cut and she was fantastic. She gave the perfect cut for his curls and was so patient with him as he kept wiggling around. We will definitely go back for his next haircut. Kids’ cuts
