I started with Clinic 45 in Oct 2021 and by May 2022, I was down 50 lbs! Elizabeth is always so kind and remembers every details I share from each appointment, personal or not. It’s not easy, you have to put in the work, but it’s worth it! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there’s little to no follow-up on the office’s end. I realize they have a ton of patients, but most weight loss offices I’ve been to in the past, have some method of follow up as means of accountability.

The Dr in the aesthetic center didn’t remember what was discussed during the consultation. No numbing medication was used for the O shots, which were very painful. No numbing for the femilift either. I was not prepared for the three days of soreness and pain afterwards. The doctors bedside manner was embarrassing to me. He didn’t discuss concerns with me privately instead he spoke to his assistant about me in front of me. I paid for three sessions but I honestly don’t want to go back. I would rather have my money back. ****Update**** the doctor called me to tell me I’m lying. Your assistant remembered exactly what happened when I talked to her yesterday but the “Doctor” wants to deny everything. Sad attempt to resolve an issue imo. I cussed and hung up on him after he said that it never happened.
