I had started to get cellulite at a young age, just 16. In my worry, i came here. Well, 13 years later I still come here bi-monthly. An even though sometimes I fluctuate in weight, when I get thicker my buttcheeks have only faint dimples. even though at 16 I had been 120 lbS and now i flux between a solid 135- 150, to sometimes 160, but my cellulite is less. But this takes time. This works over time. It takes awhile for the fluid channels to shrink by not being filled. Water retention and lots of exercise create fluid rushing around the areas. Some lucky(lol) people like ME, have more channels or bigger channels. That means more pockets that can fill, stretch and leave dippling in the fat. So if you press this fluid out regularly it wont keep the channels open, and they will slowly over time shrink. They even show you techniques to do at home and certain exercises to do and NOT to do. Even other smart things like adding lean muscle to pull the skin tighter! Or to stick try to do as much upper body cardio like boxing instead of things like 1) the stationary bike-worst thing for cellulite proned people. It really pumps the limps fluid into your legs and but area. You have to understand the lymph system and how it works, and they explain it. another tid bit here, no regular bikes either. sorry #2) No No for cellulite proned people.: HIGH rep weight lifting. If you’re feeling the “burn” then you are creating more lymph fluid to move out the lactic acid. Unfortunetly now you’ve activated lymph fluid in the lower body, everywhere. Infact it spits out more than needed and guess where the extra collects. Your butt and legs! Yeah so this is just a tiny bit of what you will learn from them also.
