Everyone from beginning to end was welcoming and friendly which can either make or break an experience right off the bat. I showed up early and they squeezed me in before the appointment time! The doctor was VERY considerate of the fact that I had driven 3 hours to be there and made it so that I got the most out of the appointment. I’m very grateful to have received such great customer service!

This whole experience went quickly and seamlessly. Easy, fast check in and short wait to be seen. All staff was professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes and was well cared for all the way. I love this office and have been using them for many years.

Great experience, every visit is meet with very helpful and kind employees. The wait times are usually short and the doctors and nurses are able to answer any question or concern with consideration and understanding. So far I have not had a visit that would cause me to consider looking elsewhere.

Made an appointment 8 months in advance. Called the day before to confirm my appointment and they told me it was cancelled! This is NOT the first time my appointment has been cancelled by THEM. A complete waste of time! This was the Federal Way office. I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Don’t worry, I will not be back. EVER.

I love the optical clinic, but as far as getting an exam, I will go elsewhere. I have vision insurance, but the last two years I’ve been billed as if my visits were medical instead of the yearly eye exams my vision insurance covers. Each time I’ve gone I asked for confirmation that the visits would be billed to my vision insurance and was told that they would be, but I have received bills for medical exams instead.
