My experience was barely a 1 star. I sat and waited 18minutes past my appointment time and finally was taken back. They kept me waiting in between treatments always felt like they were rushing to get down and go to another patient. I was measured before had after the doctor came in to start and asked if I had that done yet and I said no so I waited for thank to come back and do that. 50minites after appt time they started. I was told they would remeasure and then I could get dressed. I waited 15 minutes and no one came back I have been there for 2 hours and 10 minutes so I decided to get dressed and leave. When I was putting on my shoes a lady came in office manager I believe and said oh you can go. I didn’t say anything about not getting remeasured because at this point I was done. She checked me out I wanted to say something at how bad this whole experience was but I just wanted to get out of that place. I called a week later and talked to office manager and they acted like I was over exaggerating but she said they have never had any complaints and that she could check the cameras and see when they came in and out. I hope she did because she would see how this all was handled. I will never go back to this office and her attitude was like well what do you want …… want?? I mean how rude like I was complaining to get something for free. That was not the point and not the reason for the call. You would think they would appreciate the call. But after that I decided to write the review. I was going to give them the opportunity to just let them know how I was treated and not write a review. But after the smart commitment I changed my mind!! When I told her I don’t usually complain that’s not me and I did not want anything from them. I am hoping they don’t treat anyone else like they did me. Just hurry get done and get my money. I did the Caliente Contouring and it wasn’t anything like I had read about. Go somewhere else if you want this done.
