Shiatsu is a holistic hands-on-approach with easing flowing movements, varying hand techniques, applying pressure on muscles, connective tissue (ligaments and tendons) and access meridians (energy pathways) to balance energy in the body. Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient therapy with emphasis on stretching. You will be moved into a series of yoga stretches without doing any of the work yourself. This enables you to have a rejuvenating experience while receiving yoga-like benefits. Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage are practiced on a specially designed low table. No massage oils are used. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended.
