I was supposed to see Rachel for a brow clean up. But when I showed up to my appointment, I was told that my appointment was canceled because they sent my email confirmation to another person with apparently the same name. Without confirming all of the pertinent information, they simply took my appointment off of the books. Yet, I confirmed and filled out the emailed form and confirmed from my email. They were not the least bit apologetic or tried to fix their mistake. The receptionist admitted to canceling my appointment. I was told to sit and wait to see IF anyone was a no show. I made this appointment because of a wedding I was attending. I left and called, on my way to search for another place to get a walk-in, and was told that they did not have a manager. No one was in charge and they would not leave a message to have anyone call me back. This place did absolutely nothing to fix THEIR mistake. I will pay big money to everyone I know to use anyone else. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE.

Amber was amazing!!! She is probably my favorite since Sarah/Teddy left to be at the Gainesville location. My last two waxes had clear imperfections and hair left that I feel could have been removed. Amber was thorough. Her being a sweet person was a bonus. I was going to stop coming to the location altogether after this wax because of my last two services. I will definitely be booking with Amber for my future needs. 4 stars cause I’ve been to Brazil’s in Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Tampa. Tallahassee techs are hit or miss, even Tampa. I think there is Sarah (I I just remember her name began with an ‘S’) there as well that saved my business. Amber was a hit.

I use to enjoy going to Brazils. I immediatly started hating it after they charged my card incorrectly TWICE. Management was horrible and did not conduct the situation as a owner should. Also the staff there was rude as they started changing and switching new wax techs. I’m simply leaving this review as a fellow buisness owner, I would not recommend. 0/10

She was gentle, kind, and kept me updated on the steps she was taking. She did a great job ensuring I felt comfortable and helped me with my awkwardness.
