I regularly go to Bonsai for my manicures and pedicures. They always do a great job. Today -a random Monday afternoon – I went in for a fill and they were extremely busy. The manager on duty was honest about how long the wait would be and I did not mind waiting. He was accurate with everyone on wait times and kept everyone happy while we waited. I am 100% satisfied with my nails as usual and the wait was not an inconvenience. Their work and profession is worth it. I was a walk in and the people with appointments went first – at their scheduled time. i know other places do not honor appointments when they are busy. I am glad Bonsai is professional and respects their customers

This place used to be the best place ever. I don’t know what happened since Covid it’s going downhill. I went to get my nails done and the lady was rude, it’s only been a week and it already peeling off. she didn’t take off every part of the last dip that I had. I paid 116+ tip and for the first time I can say it was not worth it. My toes are cricked. I had an appointment and waited 20 minutes, but one time I got there 5 minutes late and the owner told me she gave up my spot. I don’t know what wrong with them but I’m not gonna spend so much money for something I am not happy with. Now I have to look for a new place.

This is a very nice salon (to the eyes) however the lady who did my nails was terrible! Her name is Tina. She rushed to do my nails..I already had dip powder from a previous salon. She went to soak off the powder (for all of 2 min) but all of it didn’t come off and she was about to apply the new powder with the old still on it. She was very rough and cut my cuticle with the drill. I spoke to the owner who absolutely did not care and was rushing to take my payment (no one was in line). Not even three days pass and the nails are cracking. After about a week you can see that she overly dipped my nails. If I could rate zero stars that’s where we’d be!

Have had my nails done here dozens of times over the years and am always happy with the results! I took a break due to moving away, but went back this week for the first time in a while and it was the same great service I remembered. I typically do gel manicures, sometimes dip powder. Everyone who works here is great at what they do and really friendly. The salon is relaxing and super clean. They have a ton of gel and dip colors to choose from. Will continue to go here and recommend it to anyone!

I usually love going to bonsai nail bar. I went to go get my nails for my upcoming pageant and I was very upset with how these came out. You can see they are chunky, bumpy, and very thick especially at the cuticle. These nails are not acceptable. I told the owner how I felt about my nails. My nail tech and the owner blamed ME for how these nails came out and continued to charge me full price. I may have to find a new nail salon to do my pageant nails.

My first time here and the lady at the desk is very aggressive and rude! My nail girl “Hailey” was actually amazing! She did my pedicure and a full set. She took a long time to do my nails but she did a good job. For a pedicure and a full set gel acrylic nails was $100. A little pricey than what I usually pay at my regular nail salon. My nail lady was out of town so I came to this location. Overall I will return again because the girl did an awesome job. The lady at the desk needs to work on her customer service skills! The other employees were very friendly and engaged in conversation with their clients. The place is very clean and decorative.

My go-to place for amazing pedicures and manicures! So professional, and all of the staff could not be nicer. My latest gel pedicure was with HANNA, and she was just wonderful! She was so nice with a ready smile, her attention to detail was outstanding, and her foot/calf massage was just amazing; my feet still feel fantastic! It is all around an excellent experience, I highly recommend!!
