Critical: ProfessionalismHonestly, I would give a zero star rating if I could. I called to see if I can do something nice for my best friend for her birthday and possibly get her in for a massage if the’yre still open. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I really did not appreciate the sarcasm in her tone.. “I dont know if you’ve heard, but we’re actually in a pandemic right now. So goodluck with that. Happy birthday.” Yes, I’m very well aware that we are in a pandemic and I understand why they are closed. I figured it was worth a shot to at least call and ask, as she’s been extremely stressed out with her fathers passing, back pain, along with stess from the process of moving. What I do not understand was the need for the attitude. She could have just politely said they’re temporarily closed as that would’ve been the professional thing to do.Honestly, I would give a zero star rating if I could.
