Sandra of Body Philosophy Massage is amazing! She is trained in many different alternative health techniques, including massage, such as Hypnotherapy (I haven’t tried yet), Reiki, Reflexology, Jin Shin Jyutsu (kind of acupressure), Cranial-sacral, the list goes on. It’s a treat to see her because, in my experience, she incorporates many of these skills into a massage. I see her for Medical Massage because I have Fibromyalgia and I used to get frequent migraines (not any more). Sandra has been able to take away my migraine in one session. I normally can’t get rid of one without taking a prescription and sleeping it off. Another perk to seeing her is she always has great bits of info to share on nutrition and she’s taught me some good stretches.
