Critical: ProfessionalismUnprofessional to say the least. If you are going to offer a service I’d expect you to be in office and open. I got there 10 minutes early, waited until 7:15 pm and even texted and called and her phone was off. If you weren’t expecting work that day then update your appointment settings so people aren’t wasting gas on a 30 minute drive. Not to mention this morning I got an email saying how please you were to meet me and expected a review.Unprofessional to say the least.
