Critical: ProfessionalismDee rescheduled my husband’s appointment twice. The second time she did it an hr before the massage. My husband works nights so I woke him up for this and then she didn’t even come. We are staying in a campground because we are from VA and just here for 2 months on a job. She then said she had reservations about coming to a trailer park after I complained to her about already waking him up. UM, ITS NOT A TRAILER PARK, ITS AN RV CAMPGROUND FOR VACATIONERS. It was clearly just an excuse because she didn’t have a problem with it when I booked it or when she rescheduled it the first time.Anyway I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. It was 5 o’clock and she acted surprised that she was running into traffic. Who doesn’t account for traffic anywhere at 5 o’clock, much less Atlanta.
