Let me start by saying Harry was amazing!! I had a lot of regrowth and came in for a all over lightener treatment. He helped me get to my desired color and educated me on the products they sell that would keep my hair healthy. He was very precise and helped me get the orange tones out of my hair. We were happy until they wouldn’t refund me for the bowl cut given to my daughter before school. They also let another customers appointment run late because she made a request after making us wait 30m just to tell us they wouldn’t be fixing it or refunding us. This was after calling a week before to modify they appointment and they made a big deal of time-boxing things.

Let me start by saying if you go here the environment is going to be 10 times better than what you expect. They are so friendly and genuine with you and I very much appreciate that. My hairstylist I believe was named Liz and we bonded immediately. She is absolutely amazing and extremely thorough on her process. I’m more than satisfied with my hair and everything she did. My hair was falling out so badly and with the conditioning treatment as well as the cut she did really helped my hairs life. I’m not just recommending this amazing establishment but I’m definitely recommending anyone and everyone to go to miss Liz for any and all services. I want to personally thank this establishment for the kind words the genuine connection through communication and as I said many times before the services were phenomenal. I’ve never reviewed a salon or a stylist before. I have had good experiences at the other two Bishops in Decatur until they closed, and tried to find where my last stylist went to but couldn’t. So I tried the Chamblee location today. Larissa was my stylist. Environment and service was very much the standard for Bishops, which has always been good for me. Larissa was fantastic and I actually LOVE my haircut. I typically go home and make some kind of adjustment but no need to today. She really paid attention to what I wanted and gave me input on making it right for me. She was very detailed in trimming and shaping it just right to make it perfect. Very happy.

I went to Bishops looking to add a bright, funky color to my hair. I was a little nervous’ as I’ve never had any color in my hair before. I had a consultation with Lori and she was able to talk to me about what would be good for my hair, explain the process, and answer all of my questions. I had a great experience and I love my results! I highly recommend Lori!!

When Bishops in Toco Hill closed I was distraught. But I gave the Chamblee location a try, and loved it. No nonsense haircuts with personable service. My mom and I both got our hairs did this week with Thomas and Tracy, respectively. Both were fabulous! Highly recommend. Booking online was easy.
