The lady who did my nails was nice but i didn’t quite get what I asked for. She also accidentally cut my finger pretty badly and then kept filing against it. Definitely was overcharged. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve been to. I don’t think I would go back, other salons are just as good but don’t charge that much. A couple of my nails are also a little bit chunky and not filed enough. She also didn’t use a fresh nail bit on my nails and it had clearly been used. It overall wasn’t super clean. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

Usually I love coming here for services. But today I had THE WORST experience. I paid $100 to be disappointed. All of my services were rushed. My toenails are uneven and crooked. For my manicure she didn’t even clip all of my excess cuticle. She buffed only one hand and then put lotion on. When I pointed it out she poured oil all over my hands and then tried to buff it. Then told me to wash my hands. I’m HIGHLY disappointed in the services I was provided today.

I went and got my nails done and they look horrible. The shape is terrible. The polish is uneven. These are honestly the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten. They charged 100 for this. I would not recommend anyone go there. When I politely said I didn’t like them they asked like I was being difficult and that there was nothing wrong with them.

Usually I love Bella nail bar. But today was not a good experience. When I arrived there were only 4 techs working which is fine. I ordered my stiletto nails and told in my wanted medium. After her she cut them 3 times they were still extraordinarily long but I let it go because I didn’t want to argue. Also my thumbnail is ridiculously off and I told her and all she did was file and did not correct the problem overall not a great experience

0/10 recommend. This place is unprofessional!!!! . I went here to receive a full set, they needed to take my nails off however needed to soak them off first. Since it was a Sunday by the time I finished soaking my nails it was around 5:00pm and they were rushing to go home. I decided to not get my nails done because I didn’t want a rushed half job. I understand you are tired like everyone else but customers come first and you should have made sure I was taken care of first, I will not step foot in the salon again by the way most nail salons close much later on Sundays. I was looking for a new salon since moving and will not recommend this place. You all will never thrive by those attitudes that are present, especially the manager/owner who was rushing to help the tech and almost cut my finger with the drill. The poor nail tech that just started wasn’t welcomed by you all either. Do better as we are the ones keeping you in business. I’ll rather pay more for the best service, second time coming here and was going to give you all another chance since my first set lifted in 2 weeks! Nails should last long especially when paying $100 plus! Please research good customer service skills and enforce it ASAP before your reviews continue to drop the star rating.
