I received a printed copy of a gift card for Mother’s Day. I went to this location as I have been to this location before and with a gift card. The back is a hard area to clean and I like to get back facials once or twice a year. I got a lovely back facial this time with Jackie. She was PHENOMENAL so I highly recommend her for your facial needs. When I go to check out, I hand over my printed gift card, and they told me it was for the Town & Country location and the locations are no longer affiliated. Nowhere on the printed copy does it state a location. I ended up having to pay for the facial! Was not happy at all! Thank goodness Jackie was worth the $126 price tag. I will be back to see her.

As always, the customer experience at Beautique is amazing from the moment you walk in. You’re greeted warmly by people who remember you even after 3 years away! It’s my first time back in Houston after a long time and I instantly made a beeline to Beautique to get my hair looking the way they always left it: amazing! My hairstylist, Rosa, was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and took my suggestions seriously and I walked out a happy customer, looking exactly how I wanted. Can’t wait to go back!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Nina is excellent. She has been doing waxing and giving me facials for over 12 years. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my skin looks after I see her. She is not pushy on products. She gives you lots of useful information. If you are looking for waxing or a top quality facial, try Nina at Beautique.

I came in for a wash & blowout for a Christmas event & Arthur took the time with my challenging hair to build some height for me. It looked so awesome when he got done! I’m excited to show my hair off to my friends & coworkers tomorrow. I will definitely be coming in to see Arthur again! Cesar washed my hair and I can highly recommend him, as well. Best hair wash I’ve ever had! What a wonderful and uplifting experience!!!

Diana is amazing and definitely a hair genius- she helped me pick the perfect color and she cut my bangs and hair perfectly. I’ve never had a stylist cut and style my hair so perfectly and effortlessly (although every stylist here has always done incredibly, y’all are great) Her balayage was beautiful and she is definitely an expert and knew exactly what my hair needed. I love Beautique and today with Diana was my best visit so far!

I found Beautique Day Spa and Salon several months ago and could not be more excited. They appear to be a large salon / spa with many services which could imply a less than personal experience but a professional one . It is actually both ! It really embodies the American small business model though I know this is a large business that employees many staff. You can tell the owners care about their employees and facility and services and work hard to make it a good place for people to have the services they want and a good place for people to work . I love this and really appreciate the atmosphere . Highly recommended and hope everyone gives it a try !
