Was eager to hear a second opinion on an skin issue. My appointment with Dr.Tan was not what I expected based off the reviews. From the moment he walked in, I can tell he wanted to make the appointment end as fast as possible. Unwelcoming demeanor and a flat affect. He Did not make me feel comfortable as a new patient. Wanted to learn more about a disease but instead was just handed a print out of papers which I could have got from google. Whole appointment was 2-3min at most. Only good thing was the quick check in and the front desk staff was friendly.

I had to have some skin cancer removed from my face. Dr. Cordova and her staff were wonderful. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and explained everything they would be doing to me. I never felt uneasy, and the experience was painless. My experience at the front desk upon arriving was received by a warm and friendly receptionist as well. Wonderful and extremely clean place.

My experience with three doctors there has been terrible, neither seem to know or be able to identify my condition correctly nor how to treat it. Except for Dr. Kennedy, who was in one of my visits to instruct Emily Jensen on how to correctly apply a treatment, incompetence is the word I would use to describe the other doctors I’ve seen at this clinic. I was there recently and I had to instruct Jensen on what not to do. Unfortunately, Dr. Kennedy can’t be in every visiting room. IMO, the incompetent members in this clinic need to be weeded out. I also believe some are comfortable with unnecessary procedures solely geared to bill one’s insurance company.
