I have nothing but good to say about Dr, Whitmore!! She is knowledgeable, caring and thorough in her examination, treatment and follow-up! And, which is so lacking in much of the medical community, she takes ownership of her patients, interested in their total well being!! Another thing that impressed me was after thinking more about my symptoms she called me at home in the evening to add to my treatment!!

I have been a patient for 20 years and will now be looking for a new office. They now are requiring you to leave your credit card information on file so that they can bill your card after they receive payment from your insurance provider. Secondly, my appointment was for 8:20 am and was not even seen until after 9:00 am. No warning that they were running behind, in fact, when I asked the front desk if she knew how much longer it would take she appeared irritated of my inquiry and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I then responded that I just wanted to know how long so I wouldn’t be late for work. Never an apology for the wait. By the time I saw the doctor I was late so I had to forgo the entire exam and asked her to address an issue from the last doctor. Without any examination, she immediately replies that she would need to biopsy the benign growth I have had my entire life and has been treated by 3 other doctors in the same clinic. She then told me I might have squamous cell cancer. So either she is correct and the other 3 were wrong or she is just trying to make extra money to make up for missing the exam. Either way, I will never go back. The staff has changed and is no longer a friendly and welcoming environment, not to mention falling behind by 45 minutes less than an hour after opening.

I have been seeing Dr. Whitmore for many years and I love her approach. She always encourages me in so many aspects of life that will help my skin overall, such as diet, rest, hormones, etc… She has a great eye for identifying problem areas on my skin. I have a lot of moles and she’s done a good job of managing issues as they arise. My husband and daughter see Emily Jensen in this same practice and I would highly recommend her too.

This was my first visit, the office staff was very good. However I was not impressed with Dr. Elizabeth Whitmore. I came for help with female pattern hair loss. She basically lectured me that it comes with age and I just had to accept that. Dismissive of new treatments in that area. Was not knowledgeable in new developments and unwilling to use them. Referred me to a nurse practitioner or to my family doctor. Could not refer me to another dermatologist who was more on the cutting edge of new developments. Very disappointed in her attitude that my hair loss did not need treatment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Whitmore. She’s very thorough in the exam process and spends time explaining her findings. There was no waiting at my appointment. Dr. Whitmore is very personable and that is always a plus. She’s an advocate of using sun screen, even for brief outdoor time, and gave me a lot to think about!

Everyone at the clinic is warm, welcoming, and courteous. Dr. Huls is fantastic. I’ve been coming to this clinic for several years now, and will never change, as long as Dr. Huls stays here. What a difference compared to typical visit to a doctor. This was my first time seeing Dr Huls. Appointment was right on schedule. Then about a 5 minute wait in the examination room. Dr Huls was efficient, yet friendly. Very willing to answer questions. Exam was done carefully and thoroughly. Will move the rest of my family to Dr Huls practice now. Highly recommend.

Ugh, not a fan of Dr. Huls. She spent a grand total of 3 minutes with me, and came off as bored and dismissive. Google was more helpful than she was. Wasted my time and money seeing her. Front desk staff and MA were great. Good clinic, bad provider.
