Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySlow service and makes excuses. Reschedules a million times and gave half service to a friend who paid in full and didn’t refund her money. Then threatened an attorney once my friend wanted a refund. I highly recommend not going to this person. She then posted all over Facebook how my friend was a liar. My friend had proof of photos of how much this girl didn’t finish on her lashes. Instead of apologizing and giving her a refund she through a fit, didn’t give her any of her money back and then blocked her. Extremely unprofessional.Slow service and makes excuses.
