I love Son (I request him all the time) and he recommended Steven for my powder nails. They were both awesome and are so dedicated to their customers. My pedicure was amazing and my nails look sooo pretty I have received compliments all day as I ran my errands! My nails are so much healthier since coming to Avalon. Son even recommended vitamins to me to help strengthen them. Hands down the best service!

My nail tech is Ivy. She has such a beautiful spirit and positive personality. The other workers there are also super friendly and welcoming. While I have no complaints regarding customer service, I do have a concern regarding the receptionist. I witnessed a moment when the receptionist, Ashley, yelled out to one of the nail techs, Maeg (excuse the misspelling) to perform a service… only to request another service right after that, leaving her with no leeway to do her job. As a result, instead being considerate, Ashley considered to yell out to her and speak to her like she was a child in front of the customers with no regard or remorse. The way she spoke to her was distasteful and rude. Two other customers that I was sitting by also noticed and commented on the same thing, and we were communicating about it. In addition to her rudeness, she outbursts with saying how much the workers were “on her nerves today.” It was unsatisfying to see them being treated that way considering their hard work and effort every time I come there. I was tempted to discontinue my services there because of how uncomfortable Ashley’s treatment towards the techs made me feel. However, I have no issues with any of the techs, so I’ll continue giving my business there. However, The lesson learned in the situation is to always treat people with respect because you don’t know what they’re going through and you don’t know how much the smallest things can have the biggest impact on a person’s day… most importantly, YOU NEVER KNOW WHO’S WATCHING!

Thu did and awesome job with my dip powder manicure and the technicians (I didn’t get his and her names) that did my pedicure and gel painted my toes did a wonderful job, as well. The facility was very clean and well decorated. The staff was kind and very accommodating and the services were close to flawless. Thu listened to my requests and I am very pleased with the results. Thanks again! I will definitely be back for my future nail needs!

Jennifer did an excellent job on my chrome nails. She took her time and you can tell she really took pride in her work. However, the rude uncouth lady at the desk that implied that I couldn’t afford my services and said “too much money for you.” I immediately checked her and told her to never say that to anyone else ever again. I’m glad I stayed for Jennifer but I ain’t be back.
