I Made an appointment online and also received the confirmation email. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early like the email says to do. There was no one at the front desk. Another lady had come in and someone came from the back and got her, without acknowledging me, this was at the same time that my appointment was and i had already been sitting there waiting for almost 20 minutes at that time. I waited in the lobby for another 15 minutes… 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start. I love Being able to make an appointment online but if you can not keep up with accepting appointments in that manner, then please don’t. If you made an appointment online with Assouvie day spa, i suggest calling and confirming before you waste almost an hour of your time.
