What a treat! Facilities are clean and comfortable. The lighting in the massage room is cozy and relaxing. Heidi was very calm and listened to my areas in need of focus. My only advice because ashiatsu is different than hand only massage: Make sure the face rest sits up higher as the ashiatsu style puts greater force through the upper thoracic cage and it can be difficult to breathe at times. If you have issues with your neck being compressed in anyway, speak up, or ask if you can have a pillow under your chest to decrease the impact. I should have spoken up during treatment so it was on me for not saying I was having difficulty breathing. Otherwise, I floated out of my session on clouds and my legs felt so amazing! Looking forward to coming back again.
