I’ve been to this salon a few times and it seems to be hit or miss. I’ve had some poor experiences before but never leaving me as upset as my experience today. My nail tech just rushed through my gel manicure as fast as she could and was extremely sloppy. Prior to getting my nails done I had spent a while growing them out to a nice length and when she asked if I wanted them trimmed I told her no. I guess her idea was to instead file them down into nubs. Then as you can see in the photos, the application of polish on my thumbs was so poorly done you can see the polish all over the skin above my nail (or maybe it’s just so red because she filed it that hard). I can’t believe I paid all this money just for my nails to be ruined. After today I would not go back again.

The most rushed and sloppy manicure I’ve ever had. Due to nail polish running into the cuticle, I’m confident it will look even worse as it grows out. The technician didn’t seem to care at all. Additionally I asked for gold foil on some of my nails. I was left with extremely bumpy polish and foil sticking about 1mm off my nail. Had I not requested she fix this she would have let me leave with that being the final state of my manicure. My previous technician was great and detail oriented. When I called they couldn’t find a record of who I saw and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the service this time. I would not recommend this place unless you knew exactly who to see.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI’ve been to this salon 4 times and I’m already scheduled to go back. Each time I’ve gotten the dip powder manicure with beautiful results. Tiffany and Tim are especially good and pay attention to detail. My nails stay in good shape for 3-4 weeks. Highly recommend.

He was so kind and followed through on all special requests flawlessly. I’m a musician and needed my nails different lengths/shapes on each hand; He paid special attention to each and checked to make sure it was right with me before proceeding. Going by the reviews, I must of had an off experience, but I would not recommend this salon. I have been getting dip on and off for the last 4 years at various salons, but this was my first experience at Anthony Vince. I got my nails done on a Thursday for my brother’s wedding. The service felt very rushed, taking maybe 25 minutes max. By Monday, my two middle nails had chipped. I was able to have the salon fix these as they have a 7-day guarantee on their dip. The one positive is that I’m glad that they fixed it for no charge. Today, 9 days after my original dip service, a huge chunk of dip came off my ring finger. I have never had an experience with dip chipping like this before or being unable to wear dip for any less than two weeks. Disappointing to say the least :/

This is hands down the best nail salon in the surrounding Columbus area. I only get my nails done on special occasions and the techs here deliver exactly what I want every single time. I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 6 months or so and never leave disappointed. Never feel especially rushed through my services and the gel polish always last 2-3 weeks. It was a very delightful visit. It was my first time there after trying 6 different places that were really unprofessional but Anthony Vince was a very different experience. I had such a great nail artist. xuka was very professional and meticulous in her job. I really liked this place. I will definitely be a loyal customer.
