Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismLoc is one of my favorite nail techs there!! He is so nice and kind, along with a perfectionist. He takes his time making sure every nail is perfect and I truly appreciate that( I typically do a dip manicure w/ tip.) He also has a really good foot scraper for dead skin on your feet, your heels will be guaranteed so smooth!!

I used to come here all the time for dip manicures. I have recently found somewhere else to go. I needed my acrylics removed so I stopped in just for a simple removal. I was serviced by “Bong”. My acrylics soaked for a total of 3 minutes. Once she started using her drill, she set it in one spot, creating a crater in my nail to see how much she needed to take off. After a process of that, and trying to resoak my nails, Bong simply just started filing them down asking if I was okay with them. I mentioned that there was still product on my nails. She filed again for about two more minutes and then asked if I was satisfied. I am highly disappointed. I left with product still coating my nails and no one bothered to fix it. I only got money off my total. I was going to pay the full $20 and leave it at that. I am just highly upset with how downhill this salon has gone.

I’ve been to several Anthony Vince locations and this is the worst one. Stop reading here and go somewhere else or at least the Worthington location. I’m not picky and didn’t ask for much; my appointment was for a gel manicure. My first issue is that this place is filthy and the tools used on me did not come from sanitized packaging. Second, my nail chipped in < 24 hours. I paint my nails at home frequently (regular and gel polish) and this never even happens when I do it with my regular polish. It’s probably because she never let any layer of polish completely go through a curing cycle and only used 1 coat of topcoat. I ended up filing it down a little and did another topcoat of gel on both hands hoping it holds.

I have been going regularly for four months now( every two weeks). Every time I receive excellent service from Helen. Helen always does great work on my nails and we always have a fun time! I recommend scheduling an appointment before going for faster service. I do dip and I am always very satisfied. I get so many compliments about my nails from strangers, so definitely go to this salon!

The gentleman who did my pedicure and manicure was soo lovely. I believe his name is Loc. I just loved him. He was nice and warm, and made sure I was comfortable and cozy. He made sure I looked at the menu and made sure I got a chance to order a cocktail. I just loved my whole experience. My gel manicure looks like acrylic nails! The spa is so cute and clean and everyone was so nice!

I hate to have to write this but it’s been some time since I’ve been to Anthony Vince Easton, I was just there the other day for a mani(dip)/pedi. Pedicure was amazing but my manicure lasted not even TWO DAYS without chipping and cracking in the dip powder. I’m pretty disappointed because AV is supposed to be pretty top notch and considering the almost $200 I spent, I shouldn’t have to deal with my nails coming off a day or two later. And they make it difficult to come and get them fixed without a charge.

Welcomed upon entering the facility and escorted to a pedicure chair/seat. Each station was clean and prepped to begin services. Nail technicians offered a menu of services and explained in detail which were included for a specific option. Receptionist offered water to guests during our visit and met the request of clients if asked. Successfully completed the nail design request of the client though the nail could’ve been more smoother after adding the gold flakes in addition to another gel clear coat.

I love coming here. Today I had to wait awhile but that’s okay. Places that have a wait must have a history of great service!!! Today makes my third visit here. The service is always amazing. Every staff member I encounter is so friendly. I will come back!!! I always get the full treatment for the pedicure and Medicare with a nice complimentary beverage. I always leave feeling recharged. Even when they are busy they do not rush the process. I love that about this place.

My daughters brought me here to get an ultimate full service pedicure for my birthday and it was amazing! The gentleman that provided the service was funny and did an awesome job. The chair I was sitting in gave me an incredible back an neck massage while I got my pedicure. The pedicure was so refreshing, I got my feet a legs massaged after he cut and filed my toe nails. Then my favorite part was the paraffin wax dip, they put from my foot to my calf on both legs in a bag of warm wax and wrapped it in a warm towel and I sat there for awhile. I’m telling you, it’s the best! Both my daughters got pedicures, we all looked beautiful! One of my daughters got a manicure and she looked great! I highly recommend Anthony Vince Nail Spa
