Went to the Waterstone location. First off, Hostess knew what she was doing and was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I was truly happy to experience this because one of my biggest frustrations with Ambiance in the past years was that every time I called i was confronted with a host that wasn’t any help and was overall clueless. Second, the acrylic set I got was on point. Kelly did my nails as she was also quick, efficient and did NOT hurt/cut me up like many of the company nail techs have. Her work was also very clean I was shocked! Third, price was reasonable and Kelly was professional! (In the past, i didn’t like how unprofessional the techs would behave with one another and the clients…. the toxic environment was very much noticeable) Overall very much impressed with this specific location and decided to give Ambiance Nail & Spa another chance after about 2+ years of deciding to no longer obtain any services from them. I spent time going to many different salons searching for the right place to do my acrylic nails right. Other places they were not shaped correctly, the attendant was rushing, not friendly or very satisfying when I left. Now, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I found the best technician, great friendly service, the staff engages with the clients, it’s very clean and may I say my nails look amazing! I go see Vincent, who does not disappoint. He is a master technician which means a little more money but let me tell you it’s totally worth it. My nails are even, beautiful designs, shaped perfectly and I’m always happy when I leave. Did I also mention there’s a bar? This place is wonderful, I will continue to come back!

Vincent was my tech and he gave me exactly what I was asking for (very short acrylic nails + gel polish.) I am very critical of my nails but I left extremely satisfied. The young lady at the front desk was beyond sweet and accommodating, the location was clean, and I felt the price was reasonable for the service provided. Vincent was my tech and he gave me exactly what I was asking for (very short acrylic nails + gel polish.) I am very critical of my nails but I left extremely satisfied. Karen is the best! Not a nail tech but finally an artist! I that she takes the time to do my nails to my hands!!! Not just hurry up and pay. Grateful to have her! She is an AMAZING addition to this franchise and location. Funny, and they LAST too! Purely a cut above the rest!

Waterstone location This place is over hyped. It is a good nail salon just by looking at it. My services was okay. They charge extra for every little thing. Then you get a regular tech or a master tech. I didn’t understand that part. They don’t ask u they just assign one to you. The service I got I might as well had the regular tech do it. I asked for hot water for my pedicure and I got room temperature. Bummer. I ended up not getting any designs or special affects to my nails because of the extra high cost.

Was really disappointed with the outcome of my nails today. They are lumpy and uneven.. one nail way shorter than the rest. I even paid extra for a manicure with the dip powder and their is still hangnails and skin around the nails and dip powder on the cuticle
