I have frequented Ambiance at Harper’s Point for many years. I typically schedule a basic pedicure (sometimes adding sugar scrub) and an SNS manicure. Both Ping and Ryan consistently do an excellent job; I have long natural nails and they shape them to perfection and are very good about cuticle clean up. My SNS and pedicure polish lasts for many weeks without issue. Thank you for your consistent and reliable services.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I have been going to ambiance for years (6 to be exact) and today I decided I will not be coming back. I came in today for a basic nail removal and was instantly met with annoyance and unprofessional treatment. When I sat down the nail tech went on about how this wasn’t something she wanted to do and how she thought doing a basic removal was difficult? I was never offered a soak off, but instead she roughly cut them down, hurting me multiple times, and then proceeded to rip my acrylic off, making me bleed on one of my fingers because she was being so rough. She complained the entire time she did this service, had ME take off two of the nails myself, and by the end successfully got all but one of the nails off, insisting that she didn’t want to do it and I should wait until it grows out more. I came in today for a basic nail removal and was instantly met with annoyance and unprofessional treatment. Wonderful ambiance, great nail techs as far as personable & results. Disappointed in cost – 3 of us went together & we all felt we were charged approx 50% more than list price with no plausible explanation. PLUS a charge for wine- which at most places is complimentary. Will likely be looking for a different place in the future. Dip powder, Gel manicures

Got my nails done yesterday (fill in) . They are already chipping and the tech didn’t even fill in the whole nail bed. And my cuticles look baddddddd. This is unacceptable. Will not be back. Nail designs, Gel manicures

I’ve been going to ambiance for a couple years now and have never had a complaint, but this most recent time was the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received. My cuticles are so messed up after this that they’ve been bleeding for the last three days. My french tips are see through and don’t cover the whole tip of the nail. My pedicure polish came off two days later. I’m not sure why this time sucked but I could tell they were rushing and it frustrated me because I asked if they had time for me before they closed i’m two hours. Beyond disappointed and will not be responding to this location.
