My significant other treated me to an Ultimate Pedicure. Being a male, I hadn’t ever considered getting a pedicure. Can I say that my WHOLE mood changed after Miss Kim gave me my full treatment: exfoliating, wax, hot stones.. My Lord.. I left so relaxed. Wanted nothing more than a meal and a nap. I made an appointment a couple days prior to my schedule appt. which was set for 12p on Saturday 10/1/22 with Lucy. I arrive 10 minutes prior to time and checked in at the front desk. I was asked. To go ahead and select my nail color and have a seat Lucy would be with me shortly. 12:35 PM All of the waiting customers work place with their technicians. I proceeded to the front desk to ask the lady what’s going on because I’m still waiting and it’s over in half an hour later. And she tells me that Lucy is now working on one of the customers who arrived after myself. I spoke with a manager who apologized sincerely. However, this was my second attempt to patronize this particular shop. Prior to I was turned down because the weight was over two hours. Therefore I made an appointment and yet I experienced the unexplained oversight. I was offered immediate attention at 12:40 PM with Keri Who actually did a wonderful job. And I was offered a 20% discount for my service. Otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars. Thank you Keri

Today was my first time at ambiance nail spa and I will not be going anywhere else from here on out. Lindsey did an amazing job. She took the time to help me find the colors I wanted and was very meticulous. Honestly the best set I’ve ever received. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the salon itself is very beautiful.
