You couldn’t ask for a more focused and knowledgeable individual to provide massage therapy than Amber at North Shore Massage & Bodywork. Her studio is located in the heart of St. Elmo and provides a clean, friendly, relaxing and comfortable environment in which to help remove all of your day to day stresses as well as any specific number of aches and pains. This was my first massage that I’ve had in a number of years and Amber will interview you prior to your session so she can assess your specific needs. She is versed in a variety of different massage techniques and can use one or a combination of them together in helping to heal your body. Over a year ago I had aggravated my achilles tendon and plantar ligament in my feet and legs from overuse while hiking & backpacking and Amber in one visit has shown me that she can help me recover so I can get back on the trail and continue to do what I love to do since I’ve retired. Looking forward to going back for a second session very soon. Thanks Amber!
