Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment for box braids and called back to confirm appointment. Recieved a phone call the morning of my appointment confirming my 10 am appointment. Then the lady informs me someone just walked in so could I come in tomorrow instead. I replied no, why would I come in tomorrow if you just confirmed my appointment for today. The lady claimed the person she called to braid my daughter’s hair never called her. I replied then why confirm my appointment. She basically took the walk-in and told me it would be tight.
