Very good experience, I was a walk-in and they took me in quickly. Staff was wearing masks and they are pretty quick and good at what they do. Due to ocd and my health and safety standards I would give them a 4.8 if I could! Great service great people. I do recommend!

wouldn’t recommend one of the male nail techs!!! i want to say the salon is very beautiful to look at, it seems clean. my mom and i went for acrylic. my mother’s came out beautifully by one of the female nails techs. mines out thick and poorly shaped, i asked for short squared. he’s rude and made smart remarks after i told him this isn’t what i asked for.. he didn’t cut my cuticles. i was disappointed i expected it to be cute. (last picture is two days after)

This was a decent experience. I got a full set with gel polish. They do not use acrylic powder. Instead, they use this gel that sets under UV. It burned while setting but only for a few seconds on each nail. The customer service was average. Not bad. It seemed like the tech was rushing on my nails, but he did everything I asked. So, all in all 7/10. My nails look nice.

The guy that did my pedicure was watching something on his phone. He also cut my toe, Burnt me with scalding water and generally didn’t care. Toes had glitter all over them. My “fill in” looks like it needs a fill in. Didn’t paint sides of nails either. 100% unhappy! Paid $91 for their mistakes. Even after I complained.

Never knew this place existed but I’m so glad I do now! The nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. My only complaint is that the manager was Screaming at the employees the entire time. At one moment I thought he was fighting someone. Even though I couldn’t understand what he was saying but all us customers could see and sense the hostility. Made things awkward. I put my air pods in to drown out the noise

Very very disappointed in my experience. This was my first time coming and from the beginning I felt as if they were trying to get me to do extra things I didn’t ask for in order for me to spend more money. Everytime I said no they would continue to ask or have an attitude. I specifically asked for dip powder nails as that is what they state they can do at there shop but who I believe is the owner forced me to do polygel nails. I told him over and over again I did not want this and he did it anyway without my consent. I tried to speak up for myself but he did not listen & I wanted to get out of there as I was feeling unheard, shocked, and frustrated. Not only that, as you can see in the photo it was a rushed job and not even filled properly at the bottom (several of my nails). Also one of my nails has a bubble in it. He proceeded to make snarky remarks when I asked for dip powder saying. “you’re wasting your money” and “you must not know how to save money”. I found this very disrespectful because when a customer asks for a service, you should listen to them! I never had this type of issue ever. I was so excited to try this spot but I will never be coming back b/c at this place they don’t listen to you and force you to do a services you don’t want or ask for!

Okay so I go to allure nails to get a mani and pedi because I am attending my brothers Funeral Services on Saturday and I wanted to look exceptionally nice for him and I told the gentleman that did my nails just that and instead of having any kind of sympathy or extra attention to the nail detail he was worried about his text messages or talking to his coworkers and looking at them and laughing and so I canceled my pedicure because once I saw how he was doing my nails I wasn’t sure if I wanted anyone else in there to touch my feet so by the end of the 45 minutes that I sat there my nails look horrible I had my brother’s name wrote on one which was a mistake . I paid almost $90 for these hideous nails that I now have to go somewhere else and get done because he didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t care and he was supposed to be the manager…. I can’t say one good thing about the whole place is that the lady that did my eyebrows when I left she was awesome she was a young woman kind of shorter I don’t know her name I wished I did but I tipped her $10 and made sure to write that when I gave the tip so that he would know that it was not for him.
