Welcome to Aligned Bodywork! Offering therapeutic and relaxation massage to the Howell area. I am a true believer in the mind-body connection and the body’s ability to self-heal. My own experience with massage therapy has shown me the beneficial role it plays in supporting the body by helping it shift from a state of fight or flight back to a state of balance and optimal function in which it can heal. I am beyond grateful to be part of the massage therapy community and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey by helping you connect with your body and feel your best!
