I didn’t even step foot in one of their offices and I already had a bad experience. I had spoken with their receptionist Jan and initially when I was explaining to her why I needed an appointment for my daughter she cut me off before I finished and asked why I was even calling there. Once I finished explaining she said she would ask the doctor if they thought she was appropriate to schedule an apt. I thought, maybe it was bad timing and she didn’t understand. Well later on when she called again I went through a bad spot of service because she couldn’t here me. When I would call back she was very rude and told me she wouldn’t talk to me anymore or register my daughter unless I called her the next day. Well I work in hospice and drive off and on all day so I’m never not driving or with a patient during their business hours. They will not get my business nor anyone else I know because I’ve already spoken to others on how bad the customer service and first impression were including the hospital system that directed me to call them and the clinic I got an appt with afterwards.
