I had a very positive experience at APDerm for my full body skin check and for a specific area that the doctor recommended removal of a skin tag, which was optional since it was deemed not harmful. The assistant prepped me with a numbing injection and the doctor performed the removal quickly and painlessly. Both doctor and associate were very informative, pleasant and professional and I was on my way with verbal and printed care instructions.

Great service. For starters, they send you good number of reminders about appointment, with link to easy pre-registration. Reception area is very pleasant, and administrators are super nice and helpful. The care is outstanding, doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and take time to go over all details of patients skin issues. Highly recommended.

I contacted the office and was scheduled for an appointmenr within a week! I was seen quickly after arriving by a staff that was friendly, informative, and professional. I was relieved to find an answer to medical concern and to have a treatment plan in place.The doctor took time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain my condition and treatment choices. It is for these reasons that despite moving from the area, I choose to drive 2 hours to be treated by Dr. Kovalszki at the Westford office.!
