Alanza Cook COS, LMT A licensed cosmetologist since 3/88 now lash artist phasing out of massage. A licensed therapist and graduate from Intellitec college. Alanza believes we all contain the innate ability to heal. She uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Carefully listening to the body , she addresses both physical and energetic issues, gently nurturing your body towards peace, balance and relaxation. Alanza believes total health is achieved through balance and wellness in mind , body, and spirit. She integrates a veriaty of modalities including, Swedish, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, energy work, TMJ release, ear acupressure, and guided meditation for adults and children.
