About Face Med Spa is a nurse owned run medical aesthetic practice offering personalized concierge treatment in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Consultations are complimenatary. We offer Botox, Dermal Fillers, Collagen Induction Therapy (micro needling), Platelet Rich Plasma Therapies, IV Therapy, B12 Injections and Medical Grade Skincare Products. We service Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Lincoln and Sudbury. We will travel to additional towns but a travel fee may be charged.
