I have heard the name 3 Girls and a Needle for years, little did I know what I was missing!!!!! Who knew that??? Not me!!!! This by far was the best sew-in I never had. The service was outstanding!!! The facility was super comfortable!!! And most importantly my hair is super cute!!! Edges laid, curls slayed, and all in less than 2 1/2 hours. I truly can’t say enough about the women and their awesome salon!!!

I’m very pleased with my hair. I’m a millennial and still like my sew ins instead of the lace. I opted for the special w/ hair included w/ leave out. It came out just the way I wanted. The only downside was it only included 2 bundles. Next time I’ll bring my own hair but still can’t complain for the price. Way better economically than these IG “stylist”. The girls were professional, nice and nice conversations with them. Very pleased

Fast, friendly service! I was in & out within 2 hours. The salon suites are nice and clean. My stylist was Ms. Tamia. She was personable and very nice. The shop is about an hour and a half away from my house, but I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks ladies!

My experience with these ladies have been great. I had a mishap with got 2 B spray after an install. Notified them of the situation and they were able to see me the next day. They fixed the issue never had an attitude about it and I was very pleased with the outcome. Shana is very good at her craft. I thank everyone for helping me on such short notice especially it was the holiday season. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I visited 3 girls and a needle for the 1st time today. I literally drove 3 hours for my appointment. Staff was courteous, professional, and punctual. Not only did my hair turn out great ,but, the experience in itself was well worth the drive. Definitely will be a returning customer.

I saw an ad in Instagram and decided to give them a try. I did a partial sew-in and purchased 3 bundles as I felt that 2 bundles were not full enough for me. The atmosphere was clean, when I arrived they were ready and started on my hair almost immediately. I was in and out within 2 and half hours on a Friday. The only detractor was the hair I purchased from them. Since last week the hair has shed so much and it does tangle quite frequently and yes I am keeping up with regular hair maintenance at home. Needless to say I won’t be buying their hair again. However, I will go back for a sew in with hair from my regular hair vendor.

I LOVE MY HAIR!!!!!!!! It came out so beautiful, flat, and slayed! (I got a side part sew-in.) I want to especially think meronica, tammy, and tamia. They made the visit so comfortable and easy for my first time experience, I most definitely will be going back!!! The shop is nice too. Having your personal space yet still enjoying the good vibes and energy these ladies give out, it’s definitely worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back and add color!!! Lol.

I don’t do many negative reviews unless I feel necessary to warn others. I thought about not doing this review, but I was driving in the area of this place and still the rudeness that I encountered bothers me even though it has been some time since I have been there. I also begin thinking about how hard it is for money to come by for many, and that we as customers must stand up for ourselves and have the right and duty to warn others of negative experiences. So, I decided to do this review of my experience. To begin, I was asked to come in earlier than my scheduled appt. I frantically dressed to get there on time. Once there, I had to knock for about 5 minutes and was rudely looked upon as if I had done something wrong once someone answered the door. I found out waiting in the lobby to be helped that the staff was preparing to give the owner( I think) a gift for her birthday. They sang Happy Birthday and gave her the gift while I watched. I was ok with that as everyone’s birthday is special. Once someone got to me, I told her the name and length of the hair that I requested at the time of scheduling. She informed me that she did not have the hair in the length that I requested and I think she actually thought that I was going to settle for what they had left. Hell no!! I then questioned her as to why I was not informed that the hair in the length that I requested was unavailable when I was called to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment? The rude heavy woman’s sitting behind the counter yelled “We don’t save hair!”. I stated to her that I did not tell her to save hair but that I should have been informed when I was called to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment time that they did not have the hair in the length that I requested. I then left. Years ago they cared, and they did a wonderful job on my hair back then. I have no intentions of ever patronizing this place(not a salon) ever again. Beware as you have been warned if you run into the same situation as I did.
